• Use of Ocean Kayak sit-on-top kayaks, including seats, vests and dry bags to protect your things.Try the toasted flour, a typical sweet from Sesimbra, once used by fishermen while fishing.

COURSE CHARACTERISTICS
- Distance: 15,000 meters. (The starting location of the activity depends on the tide time)
- Difficulty: Low/medium (depends on the intensity of the current (wind direction and intensity)).
- Approximate duration of 3 hours, including the initial briefing.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum age to participate: 8 years old.

- Have the physical capacity to row.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Use of appropriate clothing and footwear: Shorts/bikini, towel, hat, sunscreen, flip-flops and warm/windproof shirt (to use if necessary).
Change clothes.

NOTES

Participants should be aware that they will do the activity in a kayak and will have to paddle.

The kayaks are doubles so there will be 2 people in each kayak.

For organized groups, we adjust the number of guides to the size of the group.
